We source data from the CMS Provider Data Catalog and present it as-is. CMS ratings and measures are updated on a lag (monthly to quarterly), and a facility may have improved or declined since its last survey. Always verify the current record on Medicare's official Care Compare page, which we link on every profile.

Ratings and Measures

Star ratings are CMS's relative Five-Star measure, not an absolute quality claim. Reported timing measures (such as emergency-department throughput) are historical averages, not live wait times. Our trust score is a re-expression of CMS signals and is not an official government rating.
